INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) focuses on the disease concept to drug and alcohol recovery. Our program is designed to keep you in your life as you participate in an intensive treatment program. This approach gives you the opportunity to remain engaged in your family, social and work life while you participate in treatment. 

You will benefit most from IOP if you: 1) Are new to recovery 2) Recently completed a residential/inpatient program or hospital detox 3) Recently relapsed 4) Need to continue working, going to school or remain active in your life. 

Treatment Description:

Semi-structured Groups; Regular Drug Screens; Regular Psychiatric & Medication Monitoring; Disease Concept Model; 12 Steps of Recovery; Relapse Prevention; Flexible Group Scheduling Options; Individual & Family Addiction Counseling; Sobriety Support; Sober-Community Integration.

Treatment in IOP can range from 12 -18 weeks depending on patient progress. 

Low-Intensity IOP is also available and meets less frequent for a shorter period of time.

Referral, Initial Clinical Screening, Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, Individual & Family Planning, Treatment Plan Development, Service Coordination, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Psychosocial Education, Case Management, Progress Reviews, Individual Reformulation, Discharge Planning, Medication Evaluation (Prescription & Management), Work/School Collaborations, and Social & Life Planning.
